St Augustine’s Primary

St Augustine’s Primary School and Nursery is seeking to appoint a hard-working, part-time cleaner who is committed to maintaining high standards across the school; helping us ensure that our children are safe at all times. The successful candidate will become a valued member of our friendly and dedicated cleaning team and will be required to undertake general duties relating to cleaning across the School. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene is essential. Previous cleaning experience and flexibility is essential as the post holder may be asked to cover for other members of the team. Ideally you should have experience within a cleaning environment within a school.

  • Runcorn
  • £ Band B, scale point 3 £24,796 FTE) £13.20 per hour
  • This is a part-time, permanent contract. This post is 10 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA to support our teachers in delivering high quality learning. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and previous experience working with children. The governors of St Mary’s Catholic College would like to invite applications from excellent, enthusiastic and engaging individuals for the posts of Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will support teachers’ delivery of the national curriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, pupils, school policies and strategies.

  • £ Band G, scale point 19-24 £32,061 - £35,412 FTE (£27,822 - £30,729 Actual)
  • This is a 2 year full time fixed term contract until 31st August 2027, 36 hours a week, 39 weeks per year

Cleaner

Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Primary School

Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a hard-working, part-time cleaner who is committed to maintaining high standards across the school; helping us ensure that our children are safe at all times. The successful candidate will become a valued member of our friendly and dedicated cleaning team and will be required to undertake general duties relating to cleaning across the School. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene is essential. Previous cleaning experience and flexibility is essential as the post holder may be asked to cover for other members of the team. Ideally you should have experience within a cleaning environment within a school.

  • New Brighton
  • £ Band B, scale point 3 £13.20 per hour
  • This is a part-time, fixed term temporary casual contract initially until 19th December 2025. This post is 12.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

It is with deep sorrow that we share the sudden and unexpected death of Mrs Kim McInnes, a beloved reception teacher at Ss. Peter and Paul Primary School in New Brighton. Kim's warm personality touched the lives of staff and students alike; she was full of kindness and laughter, and will be sorely missed by all.
