Our marketing services will focus on enhancing the visibility and reputation of the Trust and its member schools. We will develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns to attract prospective students, engage with parents and the local community, and promote the unique strengths and offerings of each school within the MAT. Other services provided are web design and creation, photography and videography, content creation for social media, SEO development, branding support, event management and promotion. These services are provided as part of membership of the Trust and are significantly more expensive when outsourced.
We work with CPMM marketing and PR service to provide high level sector advice and support where needed.

Our finance services will ensure transparency, accountability, and financial sustainability. We will conduct thorough financial audits and analyses to assess the financial health of the school and develop robust budgeting and financial management practices. Our team will also provide guidance on funding allocations, procurement processes, and compliance with financial regulations.
The CFOO is also an accredited SRMA and works for the DFE to support other schools across the region. Along with skills and expertise across the team. We are able to support schools to manage their finances in the best way to provide value for money and impact for pupils.
Our estate services will encompass thorough assessments of all physical assets, including buildings, facilities, and grounds. Our team will conduct surveys and evaluations to identify any maintenance, repair, or improvement needs. Additionally, we will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and develop long-term plans for estate management and development.
We work with H&S partners Jean Fairbrother associates when supporting compliance around health and safety. This includes annual assessments and action planning.
In addition to this, the school will be part of our capital projects strategy. The CFOO, Estates manager, HT and school site team will work together with diocesan surveyors to target and prioritise building improvement projects in line with the overall estate. Our in-house painter and decorator will also be deployed where internal improvements are needed.
